What Marius can do

Ask the right brain

  • Nothing named

He reads the workspace you are in and your own space together.

  • One workspace

Type / and pick a workspace: he reads its Brain and nothing else.

/acme what did we decide last week?
  • Only yours

/me reads your own space: your notes, tasks, people, and calendar.

/me what did I note this week?
  • Everything

/all reads every space you are in. Name a few to read just those.

/all what is on this week?
  • Just for you

In a workspace, the lock on a new note, task, or person keeps it in your own space instead.

Feed his Brain

  • Séances

Press + in the composer to add a meeting or a call: paste the transcript or import the file, and he summarizes it.

  • After a séance

Open it to turn what was decided into tasks and the people met into contacts.

  • Notes

Press + then Add a note, for an idea or anything he should know.

  • Keep an answer

The bookmark under an answer keeps it in the Brain.

  • Names

Add names, places, and titles to the dictionary so transcripts spell them right.

    Dictionary
  • Share

Share a séance with a link, even with someone who has no account.

Go faster

  • Search⌘K

Every chat, by its title and by what was said in it.

  • New chat⌘⇧O

    From anywhere.

  • A new lineShiftEnter

    Enter alone sends.

  • Ask again

Edit a question you sent, and the chat goes on from there.

  • Dictate

The microphone in the composer types what you say.

  • Think harder

On an answer that feels too light, ask again a level up. It spends your limits faster.

Beyond the web

  • Slack

When your workspace connects it, open the Slack card in Integrations and press Link my Slack.

    Set up Slack
  • The daily report

Each evening he can post the day in a Slack channel. An owner turns it on in Daily report.
