Connect Apple Calendar
Your iCloud calendars on Marius's calendar, and what you add in Marius on yours.
Before you start
- Two-factor authentication on your Apple Account. Apple asks for it before it makes the password below.
Three steps
Make a password at Apple
Sign in at account.apple.com and open Sign-In and Security, then App-Specific Passwords. Make a new one, name it Marius, and copy it.
Find Apple Calendar in Marius
Open Settings, Calendars and press Connect on Apple Calendar.
Sign in with it
Type your Apple ID, paste the password, and press Connect.
Once it's on
- Switch each calendar on or off on its card, and pick where new events go.
- Changing your Apple Account password cancels this one. Make a new one and connect again.
- A repeating event can be read but not changed from Marius.
- For another calendar service, such as Fastmail or Nextcloud, use its password and put its CalDAV address in Server.
